First Point works on a priority system. When you call we assess your housing and personal needs. We also consider your safety and risk vulnerability. While someone in an emergency needs an immediate response, we also help people at lower risk to avoid reaching crisis point. Some people contact First Point because they can see they are headed for trouble — early intervention can help you to remain where you are currently living.
